Our Gantt Chart integration with project management article shows you how to use our Gantt charts to keep track of your projects evolution. Read on!

Gantt charts are an intuitive way to view progress in your projects and tasks. To access Gantt, go to the Tasks view in the sidebar:

Projects and task lists

• You’ll find a list of your projects and task lists in the sidebar.
• Each task list will be represented by a line with a start and end date.
• Projects have a bar indicating % of completion, and every task list will reflect its completion too.
• Task list bars are green to indicate completion.

You can filter the projects you want to view, and select one or multiple projects:

You can edit a task list’s start date and end date by dragging the corners of the timeline.

Add new task lists to a project with this button.

Tasks

• Tasks are represented with dots in their due date.
• Green dots indicate completed tasks.
• Red dots indicate late tasks.
• Blue dots indicate tasks to be done in the future.

You can view the task detail by clicking on the dots from the diagram

NOTE: Since task lists are colored green as they are completed, a good way to know if a deliverable is on schedule is to make sure the green part is ahead of the Today bar.
